Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

How to return

1. Send us an email at info@chapter9copenhagen.com within 14 days with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item(s) back within 14 days after notifying us, complete and packed with care.

Withdraw online

You can also withdraw directly online, without logging in: Withdraw from your purchase. You will receive a confirmation by email.

You may inspect a product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you have sent it. The cost of returning the item is for your own account.

Exceptions

Candles that have been burned and incense that has been unsealed can no longer be returned, as they have been used.

Damaged or incorrect item?

We are sorry! Please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
